I love smoothies. When I lived in a larger city I'd frequently hit up the smoothie shop for a light lunch on the run. Here in the swamp though, we don't have any smoothie shops. Sometimes I make my own, but I also like to keep Yoplait Smoothies in my freezer for those times I'm out of ingredients.

Yoplait Smoothies are available in Triple Berry, Strawberry Banana, Blueberry Pomegranate, Strawberry Mango Pineapple, and the newest flavor Chocolate Banana. I've had the chance to try the Chocolate Banana flavor and it is yummmmy! Inside the Yoplait Smoothie package is real fruit and yogurt; you just add milk and blend. It's a great fix for a chocolate craving, and at 130 calories per serving you don't have to feel guilty about it! It's also a pretty good source of calcium, which many of us have a hard time getting.
