I don't know what the temperature is where you are right now, but boy is it a hot one here in Chicago today.  In fact, about the only outdoor activities that are semi enjoyable on a day like today seem to involve drenching yourself in water.  And thanks to our Summer Joy Chips Ahoy gift pack, that's exactly what we have been doing ... well that and sampling cookies!

Chips Ahoy is introducing two new flavors this summer, Chewy Gooey Caramel CHIPS AHOY! and Chewy CHIPS AHOY! with Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups. One, infused with a soft caramel inside, the other, a chewy treat packed with Reese’s Peanut Butter cup pieces.  With a couple nut allergies in the house, we passed along our Peanut Butter cookies to very grateful friends who give that flavor very high praise.  However, we kept the Chewy Gooey Caramel all to ourselves and oh my did they go fast!  The kids LOVED this flavor so much, I've already been ordered to head out to replenish.  If you have cookie fans in the house, you really should try these.
