With a CVS store just 3-4 blocks from the house, it's the perfect place for me to stop for those last minute items I might need for last minute holiday guests. And I just learned that CVS has expanded their assortment of Charmin, now carrying the Charmin Basic 1 roll. I've found that the Charmin Basic works particularly well for my guest bath because it is stronger than other leading value brands when wet yet still gentle on my older home's plumbing. Stronger means the paper roll should require less and last longer which is a big plus when you are trying to keep that main floor bath well stocked for guests.
